Chrissy Durkin

Chrissy Durkin, located in Dale, TX, has worked in biodiversity monitoring technology and implementation for close to a decade. She is the CRO of Map of Life, a biodiversity intelligence company that leverages advanced analytical methods developed at the Yale Center for Biodiversity and Global Change. Map of Life integrates AI, remote sensing, and ecological data to provide near-real-time insights into species distributions and biodiversity trends. Chrissy also co-founded WildMon, a nonprofit organization working to bring biodiversity monitoring technology to front-line conservationists. Chrissy has expertise in developing biodiversity monitoring strategies and collaborations with indigenous communities, corporations, NGOs, and governments.
