Carole Saint-Laurent is Deputy Director of IUCN’s global Forest Conservation Programme. She has 30 years of experience in environmental policy and programme development and management, working at the international and national levels. She leads the Bonn Challenge Secretariat, and has been the Coordinator of the Global Partnership on Forest Landscape Restoration (GPFLR) since its inception. Carole has acted as an adviser to the UN Department of Environmental and Social Affairs and to the private sector on a range of issues related to sustainable development.
