Bethany Copsey is a soil scientist and creative practitioner. She balances working for RE-PEAT and studying Planetary Poetics at the Sandberg Institute in Amsterdam. Currently she is engaged with RE-PEAT on a newly-launched campaign called Peatland Justice which focuses on peat in horticulture.
