Anicet Ngomin is a forest engineer and expert in Tropical Silviculture and Seed Technologies. Anicet is also the National Focal Point for climate change (COP21), for the “Fonds Bleu pour le Basin du Congo” (F2BC) and for the African Forest Landscape Restoration Initiative (AFR100).
