Lawyer from the Pontifical Catholic University of Peru, with a master’s degree in Political Science and Government with a mention in Public Management from the same university. He has studied specialization in Strategic Foresight at the Economic Commission for Latin America and the Caribbean (ECLAC), Diploma “Public Sector Development Program” at the National Human Resources Development Institute of the Republic of South Korea.
He served as coordinator of Institutional Prospective at the National Center for Strategic Planning – CEPLAN, where he has directed the process of building the “Vision of the future of Peru to 2050”, as well as the implementation reports of the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development , has provided technical assistance in the formulation of various national policies and strategic plans, has been a consultant on policies and public management for different public entities.
He has served as a teacher and adjunct professor at the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú
