Ana Toni is the CEO of 30th Conference of the Parties of the UNFCCC (COP30). With over 25 years of experience, Ana specializes in issues related to climate change and the environment, public policy advocacy, and philanthropy. Before joining the Brazilian government, Ana was Executive Director of the Institute for Climate and Society (iCS), Board Chair of Greenpeace International, and Co-Founder of Public Interest Management (GIP). She has also led Ford Foundation and Action Aid operations in Brazil. During her career, Ana served as board member of organizations such as GIFE Brazil, WINGS, ITS, the Wikimedia Foundation, Agência Pública, the Gold Standard Foundation, ClimaInfo, Instituto República, International Transparency, and IPAM, among others.
