Alfred Okot Okidi

Mr. Alfred Okot Okidi is the Permanent Secretary in the Ministry of Water and Environment, Uganda (2016 to Date). He also worked as a Chief Financial Officer at National Water and Sewerage Corporation. He is a sociable, enthusiastic, people-centered, confident, very honest and results driven finance and general management professional with keen interest in finance and strategic management and other aspects of the organization. He possesses specialized training and experience in accounting, financial management, general management, corporate affairs, Company secretarial practices, advertising and public relations, taxation, setting financial systems and departments, internal auditing and corporate compliance in organizations. He is a flexible and adaptable individual and a firm believer in teamwork. Has excellent skill in communication, conflict handling, negotiation, team building, problem solving and decision – making.
