Mr. Abdul-Rahman Mohammed is a farmer with more than 30 years of expertise, named the 2017 National Crop Best Farmer. He began his farming journey as a peasant farmer and eventually rose to National President of the Ghanaian Peasant Farmers Association. He assisted farmers by providing training on environmentally friendly farming methods. His goal as a farmer is always to try his hardest to improve the situation of smallholder farmers and the nation’s food security.
