This is an image of a young man fishing under the rain at the Makoko area, sometimes referred to as the \'Venice of Africa\'. It was taken from the Third Mainland Bridge, Lagos- known as the Longest bridge in Africa until 1996 when the 6th October Bridge located in Cairo was completed.
