Grace Blackham joined BVRio in 2017 as the Programme Manager for Forestry and Timber Markets. Grace manages donor-funded projects related to responsible forest commodities and coordinates BVRio’s timber legality and policy activities. Recently, Grace has been overseeing the E&S framework and environmental reporting development for the Responsible Commodities Facility, a debt fund launched by the BVRio spin-off company Sustainable Investment Management Ltd (SIM) to support the production and trading of responsible soy in Brazil. Grace has a PhD in tropical forest restoration ecology from the National University of Singapore.
