Jamie Crummie trained as a lawyer before pursuing his current mission of fighting food waste. He is the co-founder of Too Good To Go, the world’s largest marketplace for surplus food. The free app connects retailers – who have unsold food available – with local consumers so they can purchase, collect and enjoy it. Too Good To Go is now active in 10 countries (and counting) with over 9 million “Waste Warriors” who have rescued over 12.7 million meals collectively. In the UK, over 530,000 meals have been saved to date.
