Mr. Mulugeta Abera is a dedicated professional at the Ministry of Agriculture of Ethiopia, specializing in soil health and fertility improvement. Since 2015, he has contributed to designing and implementing sustainable soil management programs. He holds a B.Sc. in Natural Resource Management and an M.Sc. in Agronomy from Hawassa University. Currently, he serves as Head of the Soil Health and Fertility Improvement Desk, leading national initiatives that enhance soil fertility, promote best agronomic practices, and support Ethiopia’s agricultural transformation. His expertise combines strong technical and leadership skills in soil science and agricultural development.
