Mr. Hambarzum Matevosyan began his public service career in 2018 as Governor of Armenia’s Armavir Province, where he focused on strengthening local governance and advancing regional development initiatives. His academic background includes studies in international relations, international security, and conflict resolution in the United States, equipping him with a strong foundation for his work in public administration and policy leadership.
