Mr. Samuel Nhah Ndobe is an independent consultant with a background in social forestry, agriculture, sociology and rural economics; He has worked extensively with indigenous people and local forest communities in the Congo Basin and other African countries. Samuel was the regional coordinator of the pilot Congo Basin Community Payment for Ecosystem Services (PES). He has equally facilitated several multi-stakeholder processes around climate change and forests, including REDD+ stakeholder engagement processes and social and governance assessments, especially around protected areas. He has supported the development of several strategies around natural resources, livelihoods and community rights. He teaches part-time in the Climate Change and Natural Resources department at CRESA Forêt Cois of the Faculty of Agronomy and Agricultural Sciences, University of Dschang, Cameroon. Samuel is an Earth Jurisprudence Practitioner.
