Ludmila Rattis is a biologist focused on understanding how climate and deforestation impact native and anthropogenic environments in tropical ecosystems. She is particularly interested in understanding the effects of land-use change on regional climate, biodiversity, and agricultural inputs and outputs. She is currently Assistant Scientist at Woodwell Climate Research Center (USA) and a Researcher at the Amazon Environmental Research Institute (IPAM/Brazil).
