Kantuta Conde is an Aymara woman from the Plurinational State of Bolivia. She advocates for Indigenous Peoples’ rights, particularly for the rights of Indigenous women and youth. She has approved for the young indigenous perspective as a member of the Red de Jóvenes Indígenas de Latino America y el Caribe (RED-LAC) in UN mechanisms such as the UNPFII and UNFCCC. The RED-LAC regional platform of Indigenous youth promotes Indigenous youth participation in decision-making processes at the national, regional and international levels. She is a law student at the Universidad Mayor de San Andres. Cantuta is part of the International Land Coalition Future Leaders Fellowship.
