Janina has worked in environmental and climate protection and natural resources management for more than ten years, focusing on various aspects of climate mitigation and, more recently, with a strong focus on the maritime sector and sea transport. She works with a project called „Transitioning to low carbon sea transport“ based in the atoll nation Marshall island with GIZ.
