DIGITAL TICKETS: You may join us digitally for free if you live in the Global South* and you are involved with a community-based organization or NGO, or if you are up to the age of 35 from any region. For other participants, tickets are €15 until 23 October, and €25 thereafter. If you’d like to support participants who could not otherwise afford to participate, you can also buy a solidarity ticket for €50.
IN-PERSON TICKETS: We do not offer free tickets to join in person. However, we offer special discounts for all residents of the Global South*, as well as youth up to age 35. In-person tickets for one day are priced between €49 and €99 until 23 October, and between €79 and €149 thereafter.
*Including low-income, lower-middle-income, and upper-middle-income economies according to the World Bank.
With a digital ticket, you will be able to attend both days of the conference (11 and 12 November).
When purchasing an in-person ticket, you will have the option of attending on 11 November, 12 November, or both days.
Yes, you will be able to join us in person or digitally for all sessions on the day(s) specified on your ticket.
The conference platform is now open. We encourage you to personalize your agenda by bookmarking your favorite sessions, join the Road to GLF Climate activities, connect with fellow participants, explore digital exhibition booths, and visit the art gallery. After the conference, you will be able to access the event platform and view all of the sessions on demand for two weeks (until 28 November). Access the conference platform here.
As this event is a mix of live and pre-recorded sessions, we recommend at least 1.5 Mbps. You can check on the status of your own connection by running an internet speed test, which will provide you with a measurement for both download and upload speeds. If you’ll be streaming sessions using mobile data, pay careful attention to the download speed, as this is the data you’ll be using.
No. The conference platform will be web-based only. However, if you’d like to follow the conference on your mobile phone or tablet, you’re in luck – the webpage can be viewed on all devices.
You can turn notifications on and off on the conference platform by navigating to My Profile > My Information > My Notifications.
You can change your networking preferences on the conference platform by navigating to My Profile > My Information > My points of interest.
You can view all sessions on demand via the conference platform for up to two weeks after the conference. Most of the sessions will also be available to view on the GLF Climate webpage.
You will need to complete the post-event general participant survey, which will be available shortly after the event, to qualify for a certificate of participation. These will be issued in PDF format via your registered email to all who qualify. Please make sure to fill in your full name correctly in the survey, as this is the name that will be displayed on your certificate.
