Prachi Gupta has done her Ph.D. in Forest Botany from Forest Research Institute, Dehradun, India where her work was focused on wood anatomy of Indian oaks. She has also worked as Senior Research Fellow in the project ‘Fiber morphology of Indian hardwoods’. She has presented her work in international (World Wood Day, Austria, 2019 and IUFRO World Congress, Brazil, 2019) and national conferences. Her current research interest lies in understanding variations in wood anatomy in response to different environmental gradients.
