Mirjam Wolfrum is Director Policy Engagement at CDP Europe, leading the organization’s work with European Union institutions and national governments in continental Europe. In this role, she supports policymakers to develop, implement and track the impact of policies on corporate reporting and governance, sustainable finance, deforestation-free sourcing, climate and energy, and water security.
Before joining CDP in 2015, Mirjam held roles as a consultant for companies in the clean technology sector and as head of the information department of the Goethe Institute in Brussels, where she managed European projects and led EU liaisons. Mirjam holds a Master’s degree in Information Management and a postgraduate degree in Journalism.
Mirjam has been a member of the EFRAG Project Taskforce on Reporting of Non-financial Risks and Opportunities and Linkage to the Business Model (PTF-RNFRO) and is now providing support to the Project Taskforce on EU Sustainability Reporting Standards (PTF-ESRS).
