Malaika is a National Geographic Explorer, TV presenter and wildlife filmmaker. Since founding her production company Untamed Planet in 2017, Malaika has been directing and hosting films and television series for media networks like National Geographic, Al Jazeera, BBC and Discovery Channel. Her recent films have documented transnational wildlife trafficking, endangered species conservation and the human-wildlife interface in remote regions across the globe.
