The Convention on Biological Diversity (CBD) will hold the 28th meeting of its Subsidiary Body on Scientific, Technical and Technological Advice (SBSTTA) with the UN Environment Programme (UNEP).
Topics to be discussed will include the implementation and monitoring of the Kunming-Montreal Global Biodiversity Framework (GBF), the work program of the Intergovernmental Science-Policy Platform on Biodiversity and Ecosystem Services (IPBES), synthetic biology, sustainable wildlife management and marine and coastal biodiversity.
