Dr. Tesfaye Kumsa is Managing Director of the Anno Agro-Industry Plc in Oromia region. Anno produces and markets improved seeds of hybrid maize, teff, soybean and Niger seeds. In its operations, the company engages with local communities in sustainable land resources management. This is mainly achieved through close collaboration, capacity building on good agricultural practices and the preservation of vital ecosystem functions.
