Mr. Kolyang Palebele, born on 24 November 1964 in Gamba, Fianga, MKE, Chad, is an agro-pastoralist and expert in rural and community development. He is the President of the Conseil National de Concertation des Producteurs Ruraux du Tchad (CNCPRT) in Chad, and advisor to the Conseil Economique Social, Culturel et Environnemental (CESC). He is also President of the Regional Platform of Farmers’ Organizations in Central Africa (PROPAC in French) and President of the Board of Directors of the Pan-African Farmers’ Organization (PAFO).
