Estelle Manuela is a forest environmentalist, passionate about integrating environmental education issues as a major pillar of sustainable development. She joined the TRI project team, in the Central African Republic, as capacity building specialist in 2019. She has international experience in the environment from her previous working experience with international NGOs like Enda, Tiers Monde, the Ministry in charge of Environment, and Growth Continue Consulting in Senegal. She holds a master’s degree in Environment and Forestry and is highly interested in integration of environmental aspects into conflict management and resolution. She is part of the cohort of 16 graduates of the Forest Landscape Restoration course offered by the Environmental Leadership & Training Initiative at the Yale School of the Environment, September 21 – November 8, 2020.
