She has 15 years of experience in M&A, business development, and sustainable innovation. She was a partner and CEO of Laje, an innovation platform that develops strategy, business innovation, and cultural transformation projects in various countries, leading projects in companies such as Natura, Itaú, LinkedIn, Raízen, Johnson & Johnson, Globo, P&G, Ipiranga, Dexco, Cielo, among others. A serial entrepreneur, she is the founder and CEO of IRIS, a sustainable innovation ecosystem that works to enable generative businesses. She is a speaker on Sustainable Innovation, Impact Valuation, and Regenerative Leadership at events such as Rock In Rio Lisboa, Festival Path, Festival Wired, RD Summit, HSM+, among others. Her purpose is to contribute to building economic thinking as a living system for generating and managing positive value.
