Andrea has over 30 years in global consumer goods, including senior roles at Natura and PepsiCo. At Natura, she served as Global Vice President of Brand, Innovation, and Sustainability, also leading international operations.She currently chairs the board of Instituto Ethos, leads a Sociobioeconomy Investment Fund,serves on the boards of Cradle-to-Cradle Innovation Institute and Globescan and is an Advisory Board Member for Shell Brazil on energy transition.Over the past 10 years, Andrea has served on several Boards, including WBCSD, AmCham, GEF,CEBDS, Network of Women Leaders for Sustainability of the Ministry of the Environment and was a founding member of the Women of Brazil group. Recognized by GreenBiz as one of the “25 Badass Women Shaping Climate Action” in 2022 and recipient of several other awards including Forbes Most Powerful Women and Advertising Age’s Hall of Fame, Andrea is a partner at Casa do Saber and founder of Camomila, focused on the development of regenerative systems.
