At the Global Landscapes Forum, we want our conferences to be inclusive, meaningful and positive. By attending or speaking at a GLF event, you agree to abide by the following rules and guidance.

  1. Communicate in a polite and respectful manner, with particular consideration to avoid marginalization or exclusion.
  2. Respect and be aware of all differences, including but not limited to gender, race, ethnicity, religion and culture.
  3. Remember that participation in the conference is voluntary. Participants are not required to communicate with each other via the conference platform.
  4. Be patient with speakers and GLF staff, who are doing their best to respond to all requests and messages in a timely manner.
  5. Mass messaging is not allowed – this includes tagging people you do not know in photos. We reserve the right to ban anyone engaging in mass messaging from the conference.

We do not tolerate any inappropriate behavior or abuse of the platform. If you see or experience any such behavior, please immediately email us at events@globallandscapesforum.org with the subject line “Abuse”.

If you are found to have behaved inappropriately or abusively on the conference platform, you will be banned from the conference, and any ticket fees you have paid will not be refunded.

Thank you for keeping our conferences safe and welcoming for everyone.

Happy connecting, sharing, learning and acting!
