Chief Sintaro Mahama is the Chief of Sakoya in the Mion District of Ghana. He is an avid environmentalist planting over 5,000 different tree species in his private residence in Tamale. Chief is also a pioneer in Commercial Conservation Agriculture based in the Mion District of Ghana. Chief finds time in his busy schedule to train farmers and students on enhanced Good Agricultural Practice (eGAP), agribusiness and livestock management at his privately constructed Tibzaa Institute of Agribusiness and Technology in Tamale. Chief Sintaro is a supply chain specialist. He has over 25 years’ experience in international strategic supply chain, product development, quality assurance, and a development worker. He has been a senior management team member of the International Federation of the Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies in charge of training, livelihood support and enhanced capacity building in China, Malaysia, Indonesia, Philippines, Bangladesh, Ethiopia, Mongolia, and Australia. Chief Sintaro currently leads the management team of Tibzaa Integrated Farms as the CEO. He has a Master of Business Administration majoring in Logistics & Supply Chain and Graduate Certificate in Supply Chain from Monash and Swinburne Universities in Australia.
