Luene Karipuna is an indigenous woman of the Karipuna people in Amapá, a graduate student of the Intercultural Indigenous Education Course at the Federal University of Amapá, a member of PET-INDÍGENA, an indigenous activist and leader, and a young communicator in the Articulation of Indigenous Peoples and Organizations of Amapá and northern Pará (Apoianp), and the Coordination of Indigenous Organizations of the Brazilian Amazon (COIAB).
