Currently working with 50 farmers growing fresh vegetables, herbs, pineapples, pawpaws, bananas,) and african indigenous vegetables. We envision this number growing to 200 by the end of the year through the “”community horticulture initiative”” and “”Gardens for Schools”” scheme where we are setting up green houses in communities and gardens in schools to meet the demand from urban vendors and build communities’ nutrition capacities.
