Kiptoo is a climate change specialist and engagement enthusiast who holds working with communities and research work as his highest responsibility. His interests lie in designing and implementing community-driven programs. Currently, he is the Youth in Landscapes Intern at Global Landscapes Forum. He also serves as the Community Engagement Lead at GLFx Nairobi. For his part time, he also works with Greenpeace Africa as their Community Manager. Before, he has been part of the Fundraising team at Inuka Foundation for Development. Kiptoo also writes blogs on environment and general societal issues. Previously, he has volunteered with Ewaso Lions and served as the chairman of Chiromo Environmental Awareness Club. He’s currently pursuing his MSc in Climate Change and Sustainability at Kenyatta University and holds a BSc in Environmental Conservation and Natural Resources Management from the University of Nairobi. In his free time, he loves spending time with family and hiking.
