Dr. Kalifa Traore is a principal researcher and head of Institut d’Economie Rurale (IER). His research focuses on agronomic and natural resources management works in the Sahelian region of Mali, Niger and Burkina Faso. Dr. Kalifa partnered with several agricultural research projects in the region and contributed well to the advancement of scientific understanding related to plant, soil and water.
