John Nyaga

John Nyaga is a Natural Climate Solutions Expert with over 10 years of work and research experience in various aspects of the field. He holds a PhD in Plant Science and has been engaged in different aspects of the design, implementation, and management of programs whose objective is sustainable agricultural land management for improved food security, climate change adaptation, and mitigation. In addition, he has experience in handling diverse stakeholders especially those involved with the implementation of projects ranging from farming communities, non-governmental organizations, the private sector, and government partners. He is currently a natural climate solutions manager leading in the development, implementation and validation of carbon projects in the AFOLU sector.
