Christabell is a strategist and development professional with experience in designing and leading implementation of new, sustainable business models and partnerships to drive solutions that reach underserved populations, including women, youth, and smallholder farmers. She’s currently Head of Partnerships and Innovation Lead at Aceli Africa (“Aceli”), a market incentive facility to unlock finance for high-impact agricultural SMEs.

Before joining Aceli, Christabell was a Partnerships Director at IDEO.org. She also held several roles at Mercy Corps AgriFin program. As Director of Strategy & Learning she was in charge of designing and leading all activities related to AgriFin program learning, impact assessment, and donor reporting. She also worked as the AgriFin Global Strategy Lead, developing the program’s five-year expansion strategy. As the Zambia Country Director, she served as the technical lead responsible for implementation of the country program inception and implementation.

Christabell is a Kenyan native and holds AB and BE degrees in Biomedical Engineering from Dartmouth College, US.
