Mr. Jallow is Chief Technical Adviser on a Climate Change Early Warning Project. He was previously Programme Manager of the UNEP-UNDP Climate Change and Development Programme Sub-Saharan Africa, Permanent Secretary to two Ministries, and Director of the Water Resources Department. Mr. Jallow served as IPCC Lead and Coordinating Lead Author and Review Editor, Focal Point and Head of the Gambian Delegation to the UNFCCC and IPCC Sessions, and Chair of the LDC Expert Group.
